• A non refundable or transferable booking fee of $400 is required to secure your date.

• No reservation is confirmed until the booking fee has been placed.

• Rae only allows group or bridal bookings a maximum of 12 months in advance.

• ​Due to high demand, Rae does not hold dates for trials and your date is only secured and confirmed when a Booking Fee has been placed.

• Trials are conducted Monday ~ Thursday at Rae's home studio in Northcote during business hours and are not available to book on weekends (it is recommended to sync your hair trial up with your makeup trial or dress fitting as these can also be conducted on a weekday).

• Trials are available to book no earlier than 6 weeks in advance. Availability will be released when you are ready to book.

• Rae recommends having your trial around 3 months out from the wedding day.
